White Cliffs Lodge

White Cliffs Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for people with a learning disability and physical or mental health support needs, offering shared accommodation and self-contained flats for up to 13 people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it had made significant improvements since being in Special Measures and is no longer in breach of any regulations.

Inspectors found staff were well-trained, kind and respectful, supporting people to make choices, build independence and access activities they enjoyed. Safeguarding, staffing and governance had all improved, with people and relatives feeling listened to and confident that concerns raised with managers would be acted upon.
