This care home provides nursing and personal care to 50 people, most of whom are living with dementia, in a purpose-built building with communal areas and outdoor spaces. People, relatives and staff raised concerns about insufficient staffing levels to meet needs, with inspectors observing that low numbers particularly affected care at mealtimes. The home lacked adequate checks to monitor staffing, and the tool used to calculate staffing requirements did not always reflect people's actual needs. Records for creams and topical medicines were also found to be inaccurate, though the service took action to address this following the inspection.
