Tandridge Heights

Tandridge Heights provides personal and nursing care to older people across three floors, with one floor specializing in dementia care. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 60 residents out of its 75-bed capacity. Residents reported feeling safe, and relatives expressed positive feedback about both safety and quality of care.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with staff consistently wearing face masks and robust infection control processes in place. Regular health and safety checks were being conducted on equipment and the environment, and residents' care records were accurate and well-maintained.
