Greathed Manor Nursing Home

Greathed Manor Nursing Home provides nursing care to adults with physical and health related needs, including some people living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, following an assessment that focused on the safe and well-led areas of care.

Inspectors found people received safe, well-trained care that supported their independence and wellbeing. Staff and management were visible, approachable and well known to residents and families, who described a warm, home-like atmosphere. Governance systems were clear and effective, helping the service maintain good standards and address concerns appropriately.
