Wiltshire Heights Care Home provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 63 residents, including adults over and under 65 and people with dementia. The home is arranged over three floors with en-suite bedrooms, communal areas including dining rooms, a library and lounges, plus secure gardens accessible from the ground floor.

During inspection, medicines management was identified as an area of concern, with residents not always receiving medicines as prescribed and inadequate 'as required' guidance. The provider has taken action to improve this, though recommendations were made regarding medicines policy. Staff receive medicines training and annual competence assessments.

While inspectors observed sufficient staff to meet residents' needs, both residents and staff reported occasional shortages. The home uses a dependency tool to calculate staffing levels and supplements rotas with agency staff as needed.
