Trowbridge Oaks Care Home

This care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 52 people across two floors, with lift and stair access. Residents have their own rooms and access to communal spaces including lounges, dining areas, and a garden. At the time of inspection, 43 people were living at the service.

Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. The service has improved its record-keeping for people who lack capacity to make decisions, with consistent documentation now in place to demonstrate decision-making processes. Policies and systems within the service support these practices.
