Willow Lodge Care Home

Willow Lodge provides accommodation with personal care for up to 40 people across three floors in an adapted building and purpose-built garden lodges. The home supports people with diverse care needs including frailty of age, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and learning disabilities.

People reported feeling safe at the home, with one resident saying, "I feel safe here and that's important." Relatives expressed no safety concerns about their loved ones. Systems were in place to protect people from abuse and improper treatment, and staff understood how to respond to safeguarding concerns. However, people did not always receive safe support with their medicines, indicating an area requiring improvement.
