Glebe House accommodates up to 40 people, including those living with dementia, with 31 residents at the time of inspection. It is part of Shaw Healthcare Limited, a national provider group.

The home maintained an up-to-date visiting policy to ensure safe visits for residents and families. Following a recent reopening after a Covid-19 outbreak, the service had implemented safe practices for visitors, including hand sanitisation, temperature checks, personal protective equipment, and lateral flow testing.
