Fairview is a specialist residential care home for autistic people and people with a learning disability, supporting six people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a kind, respectful culture where people were treated as individuals and involved in decisions about their care.

Inspectors found people were kept safe by staff who understood risk, although some areas, including uncovered hot surfaces, were not safely maintained; the provider acted once this was identified. Staffing levels, medicines management and infection control were good, and people and relatives felt confident raising concerns and seeing improvements made.
