Wilford View Care Home

Wilford View Care Home is a purpose-built residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 83 people, including those living with dementia, across three floors. At inspection, 61 people were residing at the service.

The home did not always clearly document, assess or manage risks to people's health and wellbeing. People's records were not consistently detailed or up to date, and lessons were not promptly learnt from incidents, putting people at increased risk of harm. While staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs, high staff turnover, including among management, prevented residents and relatives from building rapport with carers.
