Wilford View Care Home

Wilford View Care Home provides residential and nursing care across three floors for up to 83 adults, including people living with dementia. The CQC rated the service outstanding overall, finding a compassionate, well-led team with a culture of listening, learning and trust. Staff were skilled, well-trained and kept people safe, with a well-maintained environment and effective medicines management.

Inspectors found people were treated with genuine kindness, involved fully in decisions about their care and supported to maintain relationships and interests. Care plans were personalised and staff worked well with outside agencies. People and relatives described feeling safe, respected and confident that concerns would be addressed.
