Ruddington Manor Care Centre

Ruddington Manor Care Centre provides personal and nursing care for up to 66 residents, including those living with dementia. The purpose-built facility spans three floors with communal areas on each level and outdoor spaces surrounding the building. At inspection, 48 people were living at the home.

Residents were safe from harm, with medicines stored and administered safely. The home had made significant improvements in diabetic care, with blood sugar monitoring conducted promptly and in line with personalised recommendations from medical professionals. The provider had also explored innovative health care pathways for residents, including remote scanning of blood sugars.
