The service demonstrated good infection control practices, with pre-prepared boxes of personal protective equipment available for visitors along with clear guidance on safe use. Staff actively supported residents to maintain contact with family members through outside visits, window visits, and phone calls, ensuring meaningful connections during restricted visiting periods.
