Clifton Manor provides nursing and personal care for up to 30 people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 24 residents were accommodated across two floors of the purpose-built home. Ground floor facilities included communal lounges and a dining room.

The home demonstrated good infection control practices, following government guidelines to protect visitors. All visitors were supported to wear face coverings during visits and encouraged to wash their hands before and after mask use. Healthcare professionals and other visitors were asked to complete lateral flow tests.
