Broadgate Care Home

Broadgate Care Home is a purpose-built care home providing nursing and personal care to older people, younger adults and people living with dementia, supporting up to 40 people across two floors with a garden area. The CQC rated the home Good, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating.

Inspectors found strong leadership from the registered manager, with safety risks managed robustly and sufficient, skilled staff in place. People and relatives felt safe, well cared for and involved in planning their care, and spoke positively about activities and staff responsiveness. An ongoing refurbishment plan was improving the environment for residents.
