Inspectors found the provider remained in breach of regulations relating to safe care and good governance, with an unsafe environment and medicines not always managed properly.

However, the CQC found a caring, skilled staff team who treated people with kindness and respect. People's needs were assessed and reviewed regularly, and the home worked well with health and community partners. Relatives felt the home was safe and spoke positively about the care provided.
