Oakley Lodge Care Home (55) is a residential care home supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability, with 7 people living there at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a positive culture, approachable management and staff who supported people's choices and independence. People took part in regular activities, kept in touch with family, and accessed their local community.

Inspectors found some care plans were not up to date and identified environmental safety improvements needed, but the provider addressed these promptly during the assessment. Recruitment and training were carried out properly, and the service learned effectively from incidents. A relative described a "massive improvement" in their family member's health and happiness since moving in.
