The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff kind, well trained and well supported, with medicines managed safely and a clear focus on reducing reliance on anti-psychotic medication. People were able to make choices, take part in activities and access their local community.

Inspectors did raise some concerns about care plans not always being up to date and issues with the environment, though the provider addressed these promptly during the assessment. Relatives spoke positively about staff and management, describing a home where people felt listened to and supported to live life as they chose.
