Wheatsheaf Court Care Home

Wheatsheaf Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 55 people, with 40 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports people with nursing needs, mental health needs, and those living with dementia across three floors.

People did not always receive person-centred care that considered their individual needs. Support provided at mealtimes needed improvement, with staff not consistently supporting people with meals in a person-centred and timely manner. The home's governance systems were not effective in identifying issues that required attention.
