Brownlands Nursing Home

Brownlands Nursing Home accommodates up to 31 people and provides nursing care in one adapted building. During the inspection, 22 people were using the service. The home had implemented effective COVID-19 protection measures, including regular testing and screening procedures that allowed visitors to safely visit relatives. The registered manager maintained regular contact with families and kept them informed of any changes affecting their loved ones.

The environment was clean with no unpleasant odours. Room cleaning schedules were in place and completed daily, and the disposal of personal protective equipment followed government guidance.
