Willow Tree Nursing Home

Willow Tree provides personal and nursing care for up to 47 people, with a focus on older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 32 people were using the service across two floors.

Staff did not consistently follow safe infection prevention and control practices, leaving people not always protected from infection risk. While the provider generally assessed risks to keep people safe and took action to mitigate identified hazards, some areas of risk had not been assessed and certain management plans lacked sufficient detail. The provider's systems required improvement in this area.
