Hallmark Anya Court Luxury Care Home

Anya Court provides personal care and accommodation for up to 70 older people across three separate floors. The ground and second floor house general residential accommodation, while the middle floor caters specifically to people living with dementia or cognitive impairment. At the time of inspection, 43 people were residing at the home.

Staff demonstrated solid safeguarding knowledge and understood their responsibilities to report concerns. The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs safely. Infection prevention and control practices met appropriate standards, and visiting arrangements aligned with government guidance. Environmental risks were properly identified and managed, with medicines well organised and controlled.
