Weston Park Care Home

Weston Park Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 103 people across three units, with one unit specializing in dementia care. The home has made significant progress in managing people's nutrition following previous concerns about inconsistent responses to weight loss and incomplete food and fluid intake records. These areas have now improved, reducing risks to residents' wellbeing.
