Hollins Park

Hollins Park is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for 41 people in one adapted building, with capacity for up to 49 residents. The service places people, relatives and associated professionals at the heart of assessment, care planning and care delivery. Staff provide exceptionally effective care and support, with outcomes described as outstanding. This includes cases where previous placements had left people and their relatives in crisis. External professionals are extremely complimentary about the effective relationships maintained by the home.
