The provider has prioritized safe admissions and ongoing support in line with national guidance. Recently, the home introduced weekend visiting for relatives alongside existing safe visiting arrangements, allowing more family members to visit. One resident said, "I am so glad other family members will be able to see me at weekends," while a relative commented, "A lovely home and weekend visiting will help other relatives visit my [relative]."
