Henning Hall

Henning Hall is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care to up to 60 people, with 52 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports older people and those living with dementia in an adapted building.

People felt safe due to safeguarding practices and procedures in place at the service. Staff were appropriately recruited to meet residents' needs, and measures were established to control infection spread and maintain a clean, hygienic environment. Medication management was handled safely to promote people's health.

The service gathered relevant information from people prior to admission and used this to inform their care provision.
