Residents receive strong support to maintain contact with family members through visits and other communication methods. Inspectors observed safe visiting practices throughout their visit, with effective systems in place to prevent infection transmission. The home uses technology effectively to record visitor information, including COVID-19 testing and vaccination status where required.
