Park Manor Care Home

Park Manor Care Home, in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, provides personal care and nursing for up to 45 people, including those living with multiple health conditions. At the time of the assessment, 32 people were being supported. The CQC rated the service Good overall, having inspected all key questions for the first time since it registered.

Inspectors found care was person-centred and delivered with kindness, dignity and respect, with staff feeling valued and supported. Risks to people were well assessed using clinical tools, and the service worked closely with local healthcare providers so people could make informed decisions about their treatment. People and relatives spoke positively about the care and the staff team, describing feeling safe and well looked after.
