Westacres

Westacres provides personal care and accommodation for up to six people with learning disabilities and complex or physical health needs. At the time of inspection, six people were living at the service.

People were safe at Westacres, with risks properly identified and managed. Staff were kind and caring, actively supporting residents to maintain independence where possible. Residents had good access to healthcare professionals when needed.
