Acorn House - Laindon

Acorn House in Laindon is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 6 people with a learning disability and/or autistic people. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding that people were supported in line with "right support, right care, right culture" guidance, with enough trained staff, safe medicines management and consistent care plans.

Feedback from people and relatives was positive, describing happy, well-cared-for family members and praising the staff and registered manager. Inspectors saw staff who knew people well and treated them with respect and attentiveness.
