The Oakes

The Oakes provides personal care and accommodation for seven people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service maintains effective systems to manage health risks and keep both residents and staff safe. Staff receive appropriate training, and the home uses surveys to identify people's and staff's needs, allowing them to manage risks and provide additional support and reassurance where required. There is a strong focus on promoting safety and wellbeing throughout the service.
