Wensum Way

Wensum Way provides residential care for up to eight people with learning disabilities, with seven residents at the time of inspection. The service also offers domiciliary support to six people in two supported living settings in the locality. Care plans were undergoing review during the inspection, which meant some recorded information did not meet expected standards. However, staff demonstrated thorough knowledge of each person's support needs, preventing any negative impact on the people supported. Medicines were stored securely and well audited to ensure safety.
