Bilney Hall

Bilney Hall is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to people aged 60 and over, with capacity for up to 63 residents. At the time of inspection, 58 people were living at the service.

Staff were observed wearing Personal Protective Equipment in line with government guidelines to ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and staff. The home encouraged ventilation throughout the building to maintain air replacement while preserving comfortable temperatures. Clear guidance was displayed to remind people how to maintain social distancing and keep safe.
