Field View

Field View accommodates up to 17 people requiring residential care and personal support. At inspection, 11 residents were living there. People felt safe in the home, with effective systems in place to reduce the risk of abuse or harm. Staff ensured adequate support was available to meet individual needs and preferences, while promoting maximum choice and control in residents' daily lives. Medicines were administered when needed, and the home environment was clean and comfortable. Staff demonstrated kindness and caring in their interactions with residents, supported by thorough training. Residents described the care as compassionate and responsive to their requirements.
