Cranmer House provides residential care and accommodation for up to 35 people across two floors, with communal areas and a main dining room on the ground floor. At inspection, 17 people were living there, including ten on short-term respite care. All residents and relatives spoken with expressed satisfaction with the care received.

Staff demonstrated kindness and compassion, treating people as individuals and respecting their decisions. Care was personalised to each person's needs and preferences, with staff supporting people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way. Residents felt safe, with risks to their safety properly assessed and managed.
