Wembdon Rise

Wembdon Rise is a residential care home with 10 self-contained flats across three buildings in Bridgwater, providing personal care for up to 10 people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, all 10 residents were living at the home, which is conveniently located near local shops and the town centre.

The service provides care and support in a safe environment where restrictions placed on people are proportionate to risk levels. Residents are supported to make decisions following best practice, with choice about their living environment and the ability to personalise their rooms. The home supports people to have choice, control and independence in their daily lives.
