Church Road

Church Road specialises in care for people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. The service accommodates nine people across two areas: Church Road Heights, which provides self-contained flats for up to four people, and the main home with five en-suite bedrooms and shared communal spaces. Despite exceeding best practice size recommendations, the building's design effectively mitigates any negative impact on residents. The provider arranges care to ensure people receive person-centred support, helping them maximise their independence, choice and control.
