Admirals Rest

Admirals Rest provides personal care and mental health support for up to six people in one adapted building with individual bedrooms, communal spaces, and an accessible garden. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe with the care and support received. However, inspectors identified concerns with environmental risks, staff recruitment, and management oversight that placed residents at increased risk of harm. While the provider had systems in place to monitor quality and safety, these systems did not identify or address the issues found during the inspection.
