Wellington Road

Wellington Road is a care home registered to support up to 10 people, specialising in the care of people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people had choice and control over their lives and were supported in the least restrictive way, in line with their best interests.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and delivered personalised care, with excellent examples of support helping people achieve personal goals. Risk assessments enabled activities rather than restricting them, staff understood safeguarding, and the registered manager fostered an inclusive culture centred on people's own routines and preferences.
