Wilton House

Wilton House, located close to Taunton town centre, accommodates up to 12 people and specialises in providing care to adults with learning disabilities and concurrent physical disabilities. All 12 available places were occupied at the time of inspection. The home is developed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinary a life as any citizen.
