Warwick House supports up to six people with complex mental health conditions, some of whom have a history of substance abuse. The service provides two-year rehabilitation programmes designed to help people move towards more independent living. A registered manager is in post at the service.

At the time of inspection, six people were using the service. The inspection found that Warwick House remained rated Good overall and across each key question, continuing to meet the regulations assessed.
