This residential care home provides personal care for up to nine people with complex mental health needs, substance abuse issues, and acquired brain injuries. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with nine residents.

Staff effectively supported people in managing risks related to their mental health and complex behaviours. The service maintained safe staffing levels and conducted thorough recruitment checks to ensure staff suitability. Staff received training in infection control practices and the safe use of personal protective equipment to reduce COVID-19 transmission risks.

The home supported people appropriately with medicines management.
