Norbury Hall

Norbury Hall is a residential home providing personal and nursing care to up to 81 older people, many living with dementia. At inspection, 75 people were receiving care at the service.

The registered manager is experienced and understands their role and responsibilities well. They engage effectively with people using the service, relatives, and staff, who feel well supported. The manager notifies CQC of significant events as required by law and demonstrates commitment to openness and honesty when something goes wrong.

Risks relating to people's care are generally well managed, though risks relating to pressure ulcers for one person required attention.
