Beulah Road

Beulah Road provides accommodation and personal care to up to seven people with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of inspection, six people were living there.

The service did not always monitor, manage and mitigate all risks to people, and not all risks had appropriate support plans, putting some people at potential risk of harm. However, staff focused on people's strengths and promoted what they could do, ensuring people had fulfilling and meaningful everyday lives. Staff supported people to pursue their interests and achieve their aspirations and goals, and worked with people to plan for periods of distress so that freedoms were restricted only when necessary. Staff made efforts to avoid restraining people and supported them to have maximum choice, control and independence.
