Warwick House provides personal care for up to 35 people with complex mental health conditions including schizophrenia and bipolar illness. At the time of inspection, 29 people were living in the home.
Staff demonstrated the skills and knowledge needed to meet people's needs safely and effectively. The service valued the views of people, relatives, and health professionals, using their feedback to make improvements to the care and support provided.
