People reported feeling safe in the home and were consistently cared for by staff who knew them well. One resident said, "I do feel safe, it's a very nice home. " Risks to health and safety were properly identified and assessed to protect people from avoidable harm.

Medicines were managed safely with people receiving prescribed medications as intended, and staff demonstrated awareness of safeguarding procedures to protect residents from abuse.
