Fethneys Living Options is a residential care home supporting 10 people with physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy, some of whom also have learning disabilities. However, the home does not consistently provide personalised care aligned with residents' preferences and choices. High reliance on agency staff limits residents' ability to go out when they wish. Two residents wanting to use the swimming pool cannot do so due to lack of trained staff, and although the home has an accessible minibus, no staff are qualified to drive it, preventing independent outings unless accessible transport is hired. Residents are not adequately supported with their independence and rehabilitation needs. One resident's standing frame is rarely used, and another is not receiving physiotherapy as outlined in their care plan.
