Fethneys Living Options - Care Home Physical Disabilities

Fethneys Living Options is a residential care home providing support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and autistic people. The CQC rated the service as requires improvement overall, following an assessment carried out in response to warning notices issued earlier in 2025 concerning safe care, person-centred care and governance.

Inspectors found improvements had been made, including better risk management and more accessible communal areas, but these needed embedding further, leaving a continuing breach relating to good governance. A new manager was still settling into the role. Staffing levels, recruitment checks and incident management were found to be effective, and people were supported to be independent and have their choices respected.
