Victory Care Home

Victory Care Home provides accommodation and personal care to up to 61 people across four specialist units. The home supports residents with dementia and long-term health conditions, with one unit focused on helping people develop independence to return home with minimal care support. At inspection, 55 people were using the service.

The home manages risks to protect residents from harm through documented management plans that guide staff practice. People are safeguarded from abuse, and staff follow procedures to protect their wellbeing. Care and support are tailored to individual needs across the different units.
