Park View provides care and support for older people living with dementia across two floors and a linked annex, with spacious and modern accommodation. At inspection, 35 people were living there. Residents reported feeling safe, with one person saying, "I feel safe, carers are all very kind and helpful.

" A relative confirmed they had no safety concerns. Staff understood their responsibilities for safeguarding and systems were in place to keep people protected. The registered manager ensured adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, and medicines were managed safely with people receiving them as prescribed.
