Victoria Lodge

Victoria Lodge accommodates up to 63 older people requiring nursing or personal care, many of whom have dementia. At inspection, 61 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated understanding of safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures, and people reported feeling safe. Risk assessments were in place for all residents. Sufficient staffing levels were maintained to meet people's needs and preferences, and medicines were safely managed and administered. The service followed current government infection control guidance, with clear roles understood by staff and management providing appropriate oversight of care.
