Amberley Care Home

Amberley Care Home provides personal care to up to 25 people aged 18 and above, including those living with dementia. At inspection, all 25 available places were occupied.

Inspectors identified significant concerns with medicines management. Staff lacked clear information and guidance on how and when to administer 'when required' medicines or apply topical treatments safely. Additionally, risks to people's health and safety had not always been properly identified and managed, with people not consistently receiving the necessary support to reduce known risks to their wellbeing.
